Information you provide

We collect the name, email, phone and details you submit to discuss insurance or service needs. Personal requests include the primary applicant’s date of birth, address and requested coverage. Business requests include business activity, location and coverage interests. We also record the request source and your SMS choice, phone number, time and disclosure version. Do not submit Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, payment information or documents here.

How we use and protect requests

We use this information to respond, discuss insurance options, provide requested service and maintain appropriate business records. Requests are stored before a receipt is shown. Authorized agency staff can review them; staff email notifications contain only a minimal reference and protected link, not your birth date, address or full answers.

Our hosting and communications providers process information to operate these services. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information when necessary to provide requested insurance services or comply with law. We do not claim that all processing occurs in the United States or that any system is completely secure.

Mobile information and SMS consent

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in and consent information is excluded from broader sharing permissions and is not shared with third parties. Your optional choice concerns insurance inquiries, quotes and policy updates—not promotional or review-request texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may decline texts and still submit a request. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or contact us below. We must reconcile consent and opt-outs with the sending system before activating new messaging workflows. A new website submission does not automatically remove an earlier opt-out.

Cookies, logs and staff access

Essential cookies support staff authentication and security. This candidate does not use advertising pixels, session replay or third-party visitor analytics. Hosting systems may retain limited technical/security logs. We do not intentionally place submitted personal details in analytics or URLs.

Staff sign in through Google using expressly authorized identities. The proposed read-only Gmail workspace is not connected to real mail in this release. It shows labeled synthetic examples only. Any later activation requires separate authorization and an updated notice describing actual mailbox handling.

Retention, choices and other websites

We retain information according to business, insurance, security and legal requirements. Contact us about access or correction; some records may need to be retained. We do not promise immediate deletion from every backup.

Other websites, including insurers, Google and payment providers, have their own policies. We do not knowingly solicit information from children under 13. This website notice does not replace separate insurance privacy notices.
